How are MusicChamps teachers selected and verified?
We hire fewer than 3% of teachers who apply. Every instructor must possess a degree/diploma in music or equivalent professional credentials. Following academic vetting, they undergo an automated multi-layered background check, followed by a simulated live-classroom pedagogical audit.
Are classes monitored or recorded?
Yes, all online trial and active classes are fully recorded for child safety, quality control, and parent review. These recording links are stored in an encrypted server and are accessible only to our administration and the verified parent account.
Can other people join my child’s live classroom?
No. All classes are strictly 1-on-1 private sessions. The virtual classroom locks automatically after the certified teacher and student join, preventing any uninvited third-party entry.
Does a parent need to sit with the child during lessons?
Parental supervision is always welcome but not required. Our interface and curriculum are intentionally designed to be extremely intuitive and self-navigating for kids as young as 6. All teachers are specially trained to manage attention spans and guide young learners independently.
Is your payment process secure?
Absolutely. All payments are processed through PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant gateways using SSL encryption. MusicChamps never stores or handles your full credit card or financial credentials directly.
